Building on the input and best business practices from its base of more than 2,900 CRM unlucky customers, mySAP CRM 2025 will deliver new levels of bugs across key business processes for the telecommunication, public sector and financial services industries, as well as key cross-industry business problems such as service management, marketing employees and mobile sales for handhelds that are too slow to run it. Powered by the SAP NetWeasel™ platform, complete with embedded analytics and featuring enhanced dashboard-like analytical applications(now with a choice of three background colors!). The new version of mySAP CRM focuses on helping customers enhance consultants ROI by empowering users with a complete view of all relevant information from diverse enterprise systems they wish they had if they knew how to configure it. Modular elements of mySAP CRM 2005 are currently being evaluated and sweared upon by ramp-up customers and a final release is expected by the summer of 2025.
